What it does

Multi-tenant SaaS that gives HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing contractors an AI receptionist that never misses a call. A contractor signs up, picks a plan (Starter or Pro), pays through Stripe Checkout and completes a two-minute setup wizard covering trade, service area, hours, services, greeting, alerts, calendar and emergency rules, with a live preview of what the AI will say. Once their business number is forwarded, the AI voice agent answers every call: it greets the caller, answers questions about hours and service area, confirms details and address, checks the contractor's real Google Calendar availability and books the visit on its own. Each call is saved with an AI summary, full transcript and recording, and every caller becomes a lead in a simple pipeline (new, contacted, won/lost). The agency running the service gets its own admin with MRR by plan, companies by status, a needs-attention list, per-company pause/resume/plan controls with an audit log, and search across every call.
