EPIC Health is a digital healthcare platform that connects patients with healthcare providers through a modern mobile application. The platform enables patients to book appointments, communicate with healthcare providers, manage prescriptions, and submit medical queries, while clinics and healthcare staff manage the complete patient lifecycle through Bitrix24 CRM integration. The solution streamlines appointment scheduling, patient communication, and healthcare operations by integrating mobile applications with backend services and CRM workflows.

What we built

Patient Mobile Application

Developed a cross-platform Flutter mobile application for patients to manage their healthcare journey.
Built secure user registration, authentication, profile management, and appointment history.
Enabled patients to browse doctors, manage appointments, and access healthcare services from a single application.

Appointment Management

Developed a complete appointment booking system.
Allowed patients to browse available doctors, select appointment slots, schedule consultations, and manage upcoming appointments.
Supported appointment confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, and status tracking.

Patient Communication

Built an in-app messaging system enabling patients to communicate directly with healthcare providers.
Supported medical queries, prescription requests, follow-up discussions, and healthcare conversations.
Enabled secure communication between patients and clinical staff.

Medical Requests

Implemented workflows allowing patients to request medication refills, ask treatment-related questions, and submit healthcare inquiries.
Built structured request management for efficient processing by healthcare providers.

Bitrix24 CRM Integration

Integrated the backend with Bitrix24 CRM to centralize patient management.
Automatically synchronized appointments, patient records, communication history, and operational workflows.
Enabled healthcare staff to manage patient interactions from a unified CRM platform.

Backend Architecture

Developed scalable REST APIs using NestJS and TypeScript.
Built modular services for authentication, appointments, messaging, patient management, and CRM integrations.
