Blue Sky (Exodus) is a digital healthcare platform developed for another healthcare unit within the same ecosystem. The application enables patients to book medical appointments, communicate with healthcare providers, manage prescriptions, and submit healthcare-related queries, while healthcare staff manage patient operations through Bitrix24 CRM integration. The platform provides an end-to-end digital patient experience by simplifying appointment scheduling, patient engagement, and healthcare communication through a unified mobile application and backend infrastructure.

What we built

Patient Mobile Application

Developed a cross-platform Flutter mobile application for patients.
Built secure authentication, patient profile management, appointment history, and healthcare dashboards.
Enabled patients to access healthcare services from a single mobile application.

Appointment Management

Developed a complete appointment booking system.
Allowed patients to browse doctors, select available appointment slots, schedule consultations, and manage upcoming appointments.
Supported appointment confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, and status tracking.

Patient Communication

Built an in-app messaging system connecting patients with healthcare providers.
Enabled patients to submit medical questions, discuss treatments, request prescriptions, and receive follow-up guidance.
Supported secure communication between patients and medical staff.

Medical Requests

Implemented workflows for medication requests, healthcare inquiries, follow-up consultations, and prescription management.
Built structured request management to streamline communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Bitrix24 CRM Integration

Integrated the platform with Bitrix24 CRM for centralized patient and appointment management.
Synchronized patient information, appointment schedules, communication history, and operational workflows.
Enabled healthcare administrators to efficiently manage patient interactions from a unified CRM system.

Backend Architecture

Developed scalable REST APIs using NestJS and TypeScript.
Built modular backend services for authentication, appointments, messaging, patient management, and CRM integration.
Implemented JWT-based authentication, role-based authorization, and secure API access.
Designed PostgreSQL database models supporting healthcare operations and patient management.

Notifications
