The system securely connects users' Gmail accounts through OAuth 2.0, monitors CRM-related emails, extracts important customer information using Google Gemini 2.5 Pro, and automatically creates CRM records in Monday.com. All workflow executions and user activity are tracked through Supabase.

ZenVida is a WhatsApp-based customer automation platform built for a wellness studio in Madrid. The system automates the complete customer journey through WhatsApp, including appointment booking, payment collection, AI-powered conversations, reminders, and customer follow-ups. The platform reduces manual operations by providing automated customer support, booking management, and payment workflows.
An end-to-end automated prospecting and outreach system built to eliminate manual lead sourcing and cold email drafting. The workflow runs on a schedule, pulls fresh decision-maker leads from Apollo.io based on defined ICP filters, enriches and validates each contact, generates a personalized cold email using Claude, and sends it via Gmail — while a Google Sheets-based deduplication layer ensures no lead is ever contacted twice across runs.

Opportunity Hub is a read-only analytics and browsing portal for scraped job listings and startup leads written by a Python job-scraping pipeline into Google Sheets. Unlike manual spreadsheet digging, it provides a structured dashboard for discovering, filtering, and acting on fresh opportunities across multiple sources — with overview analytics, per-source data tables, advanced filtering, and record-level detail views. The platform pairs a production Next.js frontend (deployed on Vercel) with a multi-source Python ingestion pipeline that scrapes Indeed, LinkedIn, TechCrunch, TopStartups, GrowthList, and Wellfound, normalizes records, enriches them with company-size and funding metadata, and appends deduplicated rows to Google Sheets. The portal consumes the same spreadsheet and column definitions, turning raw scraped output into a fast, shareable discovery interface for teams.
